Stamina's Gym is one of the last old style back street gyms still standing throughout the world. It delivers hard core physically demanding fitness endurance training which is desgned to push you to your limits until you either crack up or collapse through exhaustion. No one has ever finished a tough workout, all of the athletes have had to stop at some stage of the strength endurance circuit course.

Paddy Doyle is now training up and coming World Record Fitness Endurance Athletes. To date he has coached and helped four of his boxing martial arts students achive a total of twelve strength speed stamina records.
